Mr. Worgul first helped me on a DUI case and was able to get me the absolute minimum sentence and then out of my own stupidity I violated the terms of my probation and was detained in jail, again Mr. Worgul came to rescue and got me out. The exact words from the probation officer ” I don’t know what kind of magic your attorney worked but if it was up to me you would still be in jail so don’t screw up again”. Mr. Worgul is very good at pushing things through our slow legal system so they can happen as quickly as possible. I would recommend him for anyone on any case!

I had my back against the wall with two options (jury or non jury) We chose jury and M. Worgul went beyond expectations with helping me with the selections. With his expertise and knowledge with the objectionable Pennsylvania “justice” system I was rewarded by choosing Mr. Worgul because I got a fair trial. Mr. Worgul did an excellent job by cross examining the common wealth and separating the truth from the lies. Though it was a long, hard and dreadful experience he took his time with his investigative reports the jury was in our favor. GREAT JOB MIKEY! For my first time to have to hire a lawyer I couldn’t ask for a better experience…i received a second dui and was nervous about my punishment that i would receive…but Mike took me step by step on how to minimize the punishment for me…he is up front with you all the way from the first meeting you have with him until the actual court hearing. I was stupid and turned myself in without a lawyer and needed one quick. Called my brother who is no stranger to the legal system and was just released from ACJ. He recommended Mr. Worgul. Since day 1 Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed our options and everything worked out as well as it could have. I was looking at a mandatory 5 and with Mr. Worguls’ help I ended up with a 6-12 month bid in the county. He also got me 2 weeks to get my life in order before I have to start my time. I have to admit I had some horrible experiences in the past with certain lawyers who were paid quite a sum of money only to be disappointed in the end results. At the time my husband was still alive so without his help since his passing I was really in a bind. Mr. Worgul was recommended for my son and it was the first meeting. The end results were in my sons favor and he knew nothing about my sons previous case but did a remarkable job for him. An incident came up that I needed a good lawyer but couldn’t afford a high priced one. I ran into Mr. Worgul at the courthouse and he told me to call his office to make an appointment. I explained that I really couldn’t afford his services and he agreed to meet with me to discuss my case. Not only did he listen without making a judgment but he agreed to take on my case at a lower cost. I put all my trust in his hands which believe me I was very hard for me to do for things that lawyers had done in the past. Mr. Worgul not only defended me but did an amazing job in the courtroom which by the way I was found innocent thanks to Mr. Worgul. I just sat there in amazement because he was the first lawyer I ran across that truly cared about me and my situation not the dollar amount.
